Smoked Carp Butterfly Fillets

This product is a butterfly fillet of smoked freshwater carp, filleted in a way to obtain one big fillet instead of two smaller ones. It is smoked on beech wood according to the traditional recipe and therefore has an exquisite flavour. This fish species is quite popular and highly appreciated in the region of Vojvodina.
